How to Submit

All submissions go through the official portal. Nothing is accepted by email or by hand.

Application steps

1. 01Open the submission link, published in the call and circulated to all Ministry sites.
2. 02Please register using a non-institutional email address to create your account. You will also be required to register your attendance through the Attendance Registration Portal.
3. 03Choose your track — research, oral presentation, or poster; one or more.
4. 04Complete the form: author details, structured abstract, and the required uploads.
5. 05Submit. The form locks once every mandatory field and upload is complete.
6. 06Confirmation email: an acknowledgement with a reference number arrives within 24 hours.
7. 07Acceptance email: you are told whether you present orally or by poster, with date, hall, and time.
8. 08Prizes announced on the day of the event, at the closing ceremony.
