Published or formally accepted in a journal ranked Q1 in JCR or SJR, with dated proof. Track 1 only.
03 Ethics approval
Valid IRB approval or documented exemption obtained before data collection. Helsinki and ICH-GCP apply.
04 ICMJE authorship
All four ICMJE criteria met. The submitter is first, corresponding, or senior author, with co-author consent.
05 Reporting checklist
CONSORT, STROBE, PRISMA, STARD, SQUIRE, or CHEERS, matched to the study design.
06 Prospective registration
Trials registered before first enrolment; systematic reviews registered on PROSPERO.
07 Originality
Similarity under 15% overall and 5% per source. No retracted work, no undisclosed AI use.
08 Data clearance
PDPL compliance and written data release clearance for any sensitive Ministry data.
