Research Day exists so that a good question asked on a ward can become completed, published work. Our role is to make that route shorter and clearer for every colleague across the Ministry, whatever their stage or site.

Innovation here is practical. We look for ideas that solve a real problem in a clinic or a department, then give them the lab, the incubation and the mentorship they need to become something patients actually feel.
