Remit

How the panel works on the day

  1. Oral presentations

    Eight minutes for each presentation and two for questions, strictly held. Scored on the oral sheet: content 40, relevance 10, delivery 15, slides 10, questions 20, timing 5.

  2. Poster judging

    Presenting authors remain at their posters throughout the judging session. Scored on the poster sheet, including the author's explanation at the poster.

  3. Results and deliberation

    The panel deliberates during the coffee break. Prizes are announced at the awards ceremony; no result is disclosed in advance, and every accepted presenter receives a certificate.
